The Habitat Network was a collaboration between The Nature Conservancy and the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, which developed the YardMap tool. Sadly, it was discontinued, though its excellent learning resources are still available.
From the Habitat Network (formerly YardMap) website:
“YardMap is an interactive citizen science project that allows you to draw maps of yards, parks and community gardens. You share valuable habitat data with Lab of Ornithology scientists, connect with other people around the country, and learn about your ability to impact birds.”
I added my yard to YardMap, and my Stewardship Garden was a Featured Site! The mockingbird in the winterberry photo is the one featured on the website.
